I've been using Coolmasters for many years now. When I was in a tight spot years ago due to being unemployed and tight on money, they did me right and actually got me the parts where I was able to fix it on my own. Now, I have been using them for many years and will continue to do so! Every technician I have encountered has been a gem! I highly recommend them for any of your air conditioning needs, whether they be commercial or residential or anywhere in between!

Called coolnasters and was greeted with a friendly person who informed me that they could get a tech out between 1p and 5p. 5 min later I got a text stating that Dalton, our technician, would be at our house in 30 to 45 min. Dalton explained what was going on and how to prevent it in the future. He took care of the issue very quickly, cleaned up any mess that he made and also a bit of a mess that I made. The service was among the best I have ever received across all customer service industries. I would highly recommend Coolmasters for you HVAC needs. No contest...5 stars. I would give more if that was an option.

I love Cool Masters! I’ve been using them for many years! My A/C is getting old and acts up every summer but the guys at Cool Master’s have kept it still running! Everyone has been very nice and I find their pricing to be reasonable.

Brian and his excellent staff of technicians did a change out at my residence on an inadequate and aging system. New ductwork, adding another return and putting in smart thermostats. Certainly wasn't a swap and dash job. They met or exceeded our expectations through the entire process. They also installed two separate mini split ductless systems on two of our shop buildings. A very thorough and professional company, to say the least.

CoolMasters is one of the most reliable and professional businesses I have had the opportunity to work with. My most recent repair was performed by Liam, a respectful and courteous technician. I appreciate his thoughtfulness and consideration in working with me to provide me with an excellent product that was within my budget.
